Notifications

Notifications are available in the Notifications panel on the left navigation (bell icon under Search). You can also choose to receive email notifications.


Email Notifications

Navigate to Account > Notifications to manage your email settings.

  1. Click the Account icon in the left navigation (your avatar or initials).
  2. From the Account menu, select Notifications.


Here you can control:


  • Email Frequency (e.g., Periodically or Never)
  • Content (what types of notifications you receive)


If you choose Never, you will stop receiving email notifications, but all notifications will still appear in the Notifications panel.


Notifications Panel Overview

Click the bell icon in the left navigation to open the Notifications panel.

  • A red dot on the bell indicates new notifications.
  • You can pin the panel to keep it open while you work.
  • Use the 1x / 2x toggle to switch between normal and expanded views.



The panel contains three tabs:


1. Conversations Tab

This tab shows comment and task note conversations.



From here, you can:

  • Reply to comments or task notes
  • React with emojis


Filters (Scope)

  • Current board only
  • @mentions only
  • Unread only
  • Cards you watch


Managing Notifications

  • Click the red bell icon next to a notification to mark it as read
  • Use Mark All Read at the top to clear all notifications


2. Updates Tab

This tab shows card activity notifications, such as:

  • Being added/removed as a card owner or watcher
  • Task assignments
  • Card linking and other updates



Filters (Scope)

  • Current board only
  • Unread only
  • Include cards you watch


3. Columns Tab

This tab shows updates for columns you are watching.


For example:

  • When a card is moved into a column you watch

  • Unread only
