Credits Included With Your Plan

Every paid plan includes a base amount of AI credits per month. Go to our Pricing page to see exactly what's included in each plan.

If your team needs more AI capacity, you can add an AI Pack to any plan at any time.

AI Packs

AI Packs are monthly add-ons that expand your credit capacity. They stack on top of your plan credits.

To add an AI Pack, navigate to Organization Settings > Plan & Billing. Under the AI Credits section, select a pack and save.

Where to See Your Usage

You can track credit usage in two places.

1. Plan & Billing Navigate to Organization Settings > Plan & Billing. The AI Credits section shows your current usage as a progress bar against your monthly total.

2. AI Settings Navigate to Organization Settings > AI. The General tab shows a detailed breakdown of credits consumed by agents and members, along with the percentage remaining.

What Happens When Credits Run Out

Kanban Zone will never stop you in the middle of an action. If you are close to your limit, your current action will always be allowed to complete, even if it takes you slightly over. Once that action finishes, AI agents will stop responding until your credits renew or you add an AI Pack.
