Guide is the AI agent that helps you stay focused and prioritized across your boards. It does not work inside a single card. It works across your entire workspace to help you decide what to start, what to finish, and what needs your attention.
How to Open Guide
Click the AI icon in the left navigation bar. The Guide panel opens on the left side of your workspace.

What You Can Ask Guide
When Guide opens, it greets you with a set of quick actions. You can tap any of them or type your own question.
- Today's focus — returns a prioritized list of what you should work on now, based on due dates, blocked work, and active cards.
- Workload — gives you a snapshot of your active, blocked, and stalled work across boards.
- Inactive work — surfaces cards that have not moved recently and may need attention.
- Slow-moving work — identifies cards that are progressing slower than expected.
- Blocked work — shows you everything that is currently blocked and whether you can unblock it.
- Ready to start — lists cards that are queued and ready to be pulled into active work.
You can also type questions directly, such as:
- What should I finish before starting something new?
- What is at risk of going overdue?
- Do I have too much in progress?
What Guide Will Not Do
The Guide helps you decide. It does not act on your behalf.
It will not modify cards, create tasks, redesign your boards, or run automations. It only surfaces
information and recommends your next move. You take the action.
When Guide Hands Off to Another Agent
The Guide agent knows its boundaries. When your question belongs to a different agent, it will be handed off automatically rather than giving you a partial answer.
- Questions about a specific card's content or tasks are handed to the Card agent
- Questions about board design, columns, or WIP limits are handed to the Board agent
- Questions about flow metrics, cycle time, or forecasting are handed to the Insights agent
- Questions about automating workflow behavior are handed to the Flow agent
