Access

Click the Board Designer icon in the top/right navigation.

Use

Click to expand the column you want to customize.

For more information on other Board Designer settings, visit Edit a Board.

Once you have entered your explicit agreement, click ‘Done Editing’ on the top/right of the screen.

Explicit Agreements will be shown to all members of the board.

View

1. Click Kanban Options on the top/right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. There are three different options to view explicit agreements.
3. • Full will show all of the text at the top of every column.
     
     
     
   • Partial will show the beginning of the text with the option to scroll to see more.
     
     
     
   • Icon will show an information icon by the card name. Click the icon to show explicit agreement text.
