Saved Views (Filter, Table, Metrics, Archive)

Saved Views allow you to quickly return to specific configurations of filters, tables, metrics, or archives without needing to recreate them each time. You can choose to make views private or share them with your organization.

 

1. Filters

Accessing Saved Views

  • Open the Filters panel from the left navigation bar by selecting the filter icon.

  • In the Filters menu, locate the disc icon under the close (✖) icon — this opens the Save As menu.

Creating a Saved View

  1. Click the disc icon.
  2. Enter a name for your saved view.
  3. Choose the visibility:
    • Private – Only you can view and use this saved view.
    • Organization – Everyone in your organization can view and use this saved view.
  4. Click Save to confirm.



Managing Saved Views

  • Saved views appear under Private or Organization tabs, depending on their visibility.
  • Use the search bar under “Previously Saved” to quickly find a specific view.
  • To delete a saved view, select it from the list and use the delete option.
  • To create another saved view, click Create New Save View at the top.

2. Table Zone

Accessing the Save As Menu

  1. Switch to the Table Zone from the zone menu in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the top navigation (far right), click the Save As button.

 

The saving process and visibility options work the same as in the Filters section.

 

3. Metrics Zone

Accessing the Save As Menu

  1. Switch to the Metrics zone using the zone menu in the top navigation bar.
  2. Locate the Save As button on the far right of the top navigation bar and click it.

 

Follow the same steps as above to name, set visibility, and save your view.

 

4. Archive

Accessing the Save As Menu

  1. Ensure you are in the Kanban zone using the zone menu in the top navigation bar..
  2. Navigate to the Archive column on the far right of your board (a grey box labeled “Archive”).
  3. Click on the Archive column.
  4. The Save As button appears to the right of the red close button — click the disc icon to open the save menu.

Once opened, the saving process and visibility options are identical to those described above.
